Aloha Culinary Group strives to maintain our guest’s high expectations while delivering a culinary experience driven by fresh, local ingredients. Chef Sean Congdon came to Hawaii to pursue a degree in marine biology... eventually discovering he would rather learn how to prepare the fish he caught instead of memorizing their scientific names. Sean has traveled and worked in restaurants in Tokyo (La Rochelle), Mendoza (Azafran), Toronto (Lee), Honolulu (Town, Du Vin), and Nashville (B1281, The Hart) before returning to Oahu to found the Aloha Culinary Group in 2010.

We believe in letting the ingredients do the talking. The best dishes are the least complicated. When we're not in the kitchen, you'll often find us out on the water trying to catch something fresh for our next event.

Aloha Culinary Group has been catering for happy couples since 2010. We specialize in custom, chef-crafted menus, focusing on our client’s favorite dishes. From small, intimate settings to grand-scale events, we can provide seamless service.
PRIVATE DINING FROM YOUR VACATION RENTAL
Dining out in big groups can be tough to manage, especially during Covid. We'll come to your vacation rental to prepare exactly what you and your guests want to eat. And we'll bring everything we need to give you a convenient dining experience.
CORPORATE EVENTS
& PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
Our creativity, passion, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will ensure your valued employees and guests are taken care of. We'll work with you to craft a memorable custom menu that takes advantage of local, seasonal ingredients.
DINING ON YACHTS
Aloha Culinary Group partners with some of Hawaii’s most luxurious yachts to provide an exceptional dining experience on the water. Our kitchen is located within the Ala Wai Boat Harbor and offers a full range of services with dockside delivery.
BUSINESS MEETINGS
Hosting a meeting and want to provide lunch or dinner? Whether in-person or remote, we create a custom menu with you and provide a link that allows each attendee to pick their own meal. For Zoom meetings, we then deliver each meal to each attendee within an hour and a half before the event.
CONSULTATION
Aloha Culinary Group provides consulting for catering and banquet communities. We have provided consulting to startups to some of the most prominent on and off-premise caterers.

Aloha Culinary Group's brick and mortar location boasts one of the best views in Waikiki. In addition to catering, we run The Galley, the restaurant at the Hawaii Yacht Club. It's members only, but available to the public for private events.
